Technical Project Manager (Localization) The Technical Project Manager (Localization) works in a customer-facing role and is fully accountable for running and delivering assigned projects. S/he will manage technical, operational, and administrative elements of localization projects and ensure customer satisfaction whilst meeting contractual, financial and delivery goals. This person keeps localization program managers and other stakeholders informed about project progress and flags outstanding deliverables or potential delays. The ideal candidate is willing and able to handle a heavy day-to-day workload consisting of technical activities (incl. troubleshooting), content handoff/handback, and administrative tasks. Hands-on technical experience with web-baseBOSS直聘d localization pipelines, GIT-based code repositories & branchkanzhuning is highly desired. Familiarity with cloud computing is a strong plus. Responsibilities: Configure, monitor and troubleshoot technical processes and automation pipelines. Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary day-to-day project contact. Collaborate with multiple internal & external production partners and stakeholders. Develop & maintain project schedules to achieve on-time delivery in line with contractual KPIs. Identify and manage changes to project scope ensubossring compliance with contractual obligations. Ensure all quality requirements are implemented and meet key performance indicators. Implement a communication plan and report project status to internal and external stakeholders. Identify project risks and manage or escalate as appropriate. Resolve localization questions and issues in a timely and effective manner. Required Qualifications/Skills: 3+ years project management experience Be comfortable working with distributed partner teams around the globe Experience with localization processes, auto-translation & machine translation systems Experience with creating, publishing, and maintaining multilingual content on large web sites Experience with web authoring tools and content management systems Familiarity with web technologies, HTML, XMkanzhunL, XLIFF and similar file formats Technical acumen / willingness to learn, understand and troubleshoot innovative technologies Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment Customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Organizational skills Critical thinking skills Innovative problem-solving skil直聘ls Advanced English written and oral communication skills Advanced skills of Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Prior experience working in one of our customer’s localization teams Experience working with CQ/AEM, LRP, SIM, ATMS, Totoro/Panther, Quip, WorkDocs and S3 Knowledge of one East Asian language at native-speaker level
