Key Responsibilities: 1. Work with product and business team to define the problems that most impactful for our consumers. 2. Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning technology to solve the problem 3. Solve直聘 the scalability challenge coming from our huge catalog scope. Basic Qualifications: 1. Solid understanding and rich experience in deep learning/traditional machine learning. 2. Problem solver, able to identify the real problem that matters to business and able to deliver results 3. Hands-on experience in tuning model performance. 4. Proficient in at least one language (python, java, go etc) Preferred Qualifications: 1. Project experience in NLP (text classification, attribute 来自BOSS直聘extraction, machine translation, etc) or image understanding (OCR, content based classification, multi-mokanzhundal etc) 2. Engineering experience in developing production code is BOSS直聘a huge plus.
