The Offer Marketing Lead identifies business opportunities based on customer insights and translates them into compelling va直聘lue propositions, offer requirements and specifications, backed by robust business cases. Offer Marketing Leads are in charge of entire offer lifecycle of assigned scope of Wiring Device Electronic products. Working acroskanzhuns multiple squads across key European markets, the Offer Marketing Lead has overall responsibility for identifying future growth aplications and use cases, defining value propositions, contributing to strategy, delivering value, setting price positioning, planning and executing customer feedback loops in alignment with respective Product Owners (PO) and CoE (Center of ExcelBOSS直聘lence in Electronics). Job Responsibilites： 1-Bring market intelligence to WD League (market insights, competition, go to market, trends), be an expert in market, application and technology in Europe Hub. 2-Bring expertise/be the expert to support CoE, WD League / Squads in identifying value drivers and defining UVPs (Unique Value Proposals) of the scoped products; 3-Support Zones, remove critical roadblocks which prevent business continuity and manage business consolidation CoE / WD Lbosseague level 4-Support Hub strategy & portfolio management, consolidate the roadmap
