Job Description 岗位职责 Position Overview In this you will: -Working with Compliance team globally and ensuring compliance with applicable securities laws (both domestic and international) and Third Bridge’s internal compliance policies -Responding to day-to-day compliance queries from research teams -Review and approve the subject matter of interviews and specialists -Review and approve interview transcripts, specifically to identify confidential information and other inappropriate content -Review and approve transcripts of conference calls, specifically to 来自BOSS直聘identify confidential information and other inappropriate content and work with the call moderators to finalize content for publication -Other compliance related tasks, as required Skills -Organized with exkanzhuncellent attention to detail for proofreading andidentifying compliance issues -Ability to develop strong working relationships across the organization, working with all levels and all offices globally -Ability to understand and interpret complex financial concepts from a compliance perspective -Excellent oral and written English communication skills -Ability to identify risks and apply strategies to minimize them -Good at using excel/ PowerPoint to do the basic data analysis.
