岗位职责： • 负责或者参与医疗仪器设备的客户需求分析，与客户、产品负责人、开发团队紧密合作以深度理解需求； • 负责测试计划，测试用例设计，测试执行，以及回归测试执行等测试活动； • 与软件工程师团队紧密配合，支持或者主导集成测试活动； • 支持和参与医疗设备子系统和系统级别的测试验收活动； • 与中国开发工程师团队以及美国需求方频繁同步和汇报测试状态、产品风险； • 研究和最大化发现产品缺陷，以减少发布给客户之后暴露的缺陷数量； • 针对内部或者外部发现的缺陷，参与缺陷的来自BOSS直聘分析和解决，并支持修改引起的相关测试； • 发起测试创新，并尝试参与测试相关的技术研究和实验活动； • 利用代码脚本boss自动化测试过程，以减少手工测试工作量。 Responsibilities: • Review requirements from customers and closely work with product manager and developers to understand specification. • Take the ownership of test plan, test cases design, test execution, regression test, etc. • Closely work with software engineering teams, bossto support or take charge of integratiobossn test process. • Support and participate sub-system and system test verification for Medical Instrument products. • Work with engineering teams in China and stakeholders in United States to sync and update test status and product risks at regular basis. • Research and identify flaws in the products before they are released to the customers. • Participate in the analysis and resolution of defects which reported either internally or externally. • Initiat直聘e test innovation and contribute to technical research and experiment in specific testing area. • Automate test process and leverage scripts to reduce manual test workload.
