In this role, you will work on innovative solutions leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, specifically focusing on enriching businesBOSS直聘s processes with multimodal content and building intelligent systems that enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide rich multimodal content for business processes. Design and enhance content recommendation systems based on users’ historical behavior. Build and maintain vector databases for internal knowledge systems. Develop and deploy AI Agents for various business applications. Required Skills and Qualifications: Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python; ebossxperience with Java/Kotlin, JavaScript, NodeJS, Shell/Bash is a plus. Machine Learning and Data Science: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts. Experience with data manipulation and modeling, including SQL, Knowledge Graph, and Vector Database. AI and NLP Experience: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). Familiarity with Prompt Engineering techniques. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Ali Cloud. DevOps: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Expertise: Experience in one or more of the following areas: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Fine-tuning LLMs. Developing AI Agent来自BOSS直聘s.
