Project Description: This project involves a comprehensive testing program for TCU and T-Box components, ensuring compliance with perform直聘ance, reliability, and regulatory standards. The scope includes functional validation, environmental testing, and connectivity performance assessment. Our team will provide end-to-end support, from test planning and execution to issue tracking and reporting, leveraging industry best practices and cutting-edge testing methodologies to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities: • Responsible for Test Planning • Responsible for Test Monitoring & Control • Responsible for Test Analysis, Implementation and Execution • Understands the stakeholders and their roles and attributions • Effectively defines test prioritization and effort allocation • Creates the test policy document • Defines the test strategy • Defines the master test plan (project test plan) • Defines the level test plan (phase test plan) • Understands project risks and creates mitigation plans • Creates test processes and procedures, templates and provides them to the testing team. Keeps all documents up to date. • Creates project specific tailoring of common tools or processes • Brings improvements to the testing process • Effectively estimates the costs, effort and duration for the project • Effectively defines and uses test metrics • Responsible for the test team management • Responsible for the project communication • Actively participates in, and organizes reviews, management reviews and audits • Responsible for defining a defect management process • Creates the necessary reports and makes reviews for the prepared reports from the test engineers • Identifies the test tools to be used within the testing phase of the project • Plans the test equipment to be used within the testing phase of the project • Keeps track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project • Effectively plans and controls the project budget • Acts as the single point of contact between development teams and testers Mandatory Skills: Automotive Testing Bug Tracking System Communication Protocols Cypress Automation Testing Linux Mandatory Skills Description: Hard Skills: • Proven experience in testing different Telematicsboss domains like: NAD, eSIM, eCall, OTA, GNSS, Positioning, 4G/5G Connectivity, BT/BLE, WiFi, Vehicle Networking (CAN, Ethernet), Diagnosis, Networking. • Advanced understanding of testing life-cycle • Advanced experience in test processes • Proven experience in test methodologie来自BOSS直聘s and terminologies • Excellent understanding of the different testing levels and their scope • Excellent understanding of the testing types and testing techniques • Understanding and proven track record of experience working with application life-cycle management. • ISTQB Foundation Level certification • Strong programming skills, understanding of Automation strategies • Experience with CICD. • Good understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, V-Model, Agile, Lean development) • Good understanding of ASPICE best practices to ensure manageability, reliability, and deliverables • Familiar with ISO 29119 Soft sk来自BOSS直聘ills: • People management skills • Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) • Delegation skills • Team building and teamwork skills • Excellent problem-solving skills.
